Apartments Stožec

It's our pleasure to introduce to you a residential project Apartments Stožec, located in the heart of the village Stožec in the middle of the National park Šumava. The neighbourhood offers a great opportunity to have a peaceful vacation – either active or passive.

An immodest goal of the project is to offer an interesting and pleasing housing that will fully respect an individuality of every client. To serve this purpose we offer all apartments in two standards – after a general reconstruction or in a "shell and core" standard that clears the way for modifications according to individual requirements of every client.

The whole apartment building will undergo a major reconstruction. The most conspicuous element will be a new facade with attractive wooden boxes. A thermal insulation, a windows and entrance door exchange, and a new energy distributions are taken for granted.

Apartments Stožec is a unique project - first of its kind in this location.

The building is original and after complete reconstruction and offers variable sized and oriented apartments with a possibility of various arrangements.
An original design made it possible to create small apartments as well as large family residences. Both provide top-quality living, being in the middle of a national park and yet fully equipped.
Every apartment offers several ways to arrange a furniture and divide a space. Moreover, it has its own terrace with a possibility of being shadowed.

In addition to a shared storeroom space, the apartment building provides a place for sports and shared parking lots.

Compared with other similar projects, we succeeded more then anyone else in connecting an effectively used space with a good price and quality, a location, a view, and a possibility to spend your time on the terrace.
